FPS Creator

FPS Creator is by turns a nostalgic and hated piece of software. Nostalgic because people who were kids in 2005-6 spent many a fun hour playing with it, and hated because people who were a bit older in 2005-6 downloaded many a "free game" only to be met with samey, amateurish creations made by kids using FPS Creator.

Oh, and proper programmers hate it because it's "not real programming". For some reason, the idea of people making games without using "real programming"* drives them mad with rage. Buddy, most of the games I've made were done in a cracked pirate copy of The Games Factory, you think I give a shit?

*-The goalposts for "real programming" are also constantly shifted. They don't consider the GDScript in Godot or Redot "real programming" either
