In the same building as Ra-Ra Ya-San, but on floor 4 instead of 3. I went here on a week night, so I was the only one there. I don't play TCG's at all, so it was kind of awkward because the master wanted to talk to me about Yu-Gi-Oh all the time. He has a ton of what-I-assume-to-be rare and valuable cards in cabinets you can ogle.
Getting There
Same building as Ra-Ra Ya San, but one floor up. It's also the building where Bar 213 originally was, for anybody who remembers that!

In Conclusion
I guess if you play TCG's it will be a fun place to hang out.
