This is now closed down, and wasn't around for long. I went right to the door of it once, but thought "I can't spend any money drinking". Then the next week I got a ton of extra hours at my job, as well as extra time at my second job shortly afterwards, and was no longer broke (but busy). By the time I got back here, it was gone :(
Anyway, why is it even here? Well, partly to "seed" the closed section with something, and partly because it was a retro anime bar with a focus on the 1960's to early 1990's, and thus awesome. Oh, how I wish I could have gone...
Hey, maybe if the former master reads this, he'll open a new version somewhere. If Namba's too expensive, just stick it out in Fuse, Minamikata or somewhere, eh? Build it and they (well, I) will come!
Getting There
It's no longer there. It was on floor 3 or 4 of the building where Bar 213 originally was. If that means anything to you. RIP Bar 213, too, while we're on the subject.
Details
They had mesh nets on the walls behind the bar, I know that.
In Conclusion
The same unit is now occupied by Ra-Ra Ya-San.
