Run by two women, I think one speaks English, but I don't remember too well. I only went once, you'll understand why when you see the cover charge. Lots of anime figures in evidence, and friendly regulars.
Getting There
Located in Umeda, in the area of the main Osaka station (side note - Shin Osaka, where the bullet trains stop, is a dead area, there's just a load of flats up there). This is in the same building as Frenzy, the gayest gay bar (you'll know it when you see it). Any gaijin guide to Osaka gay bars should direct you to that place, then just go upstairs.
Details
Nomihodai (all you can drink) for 90 minutes. ~¥2300 for women and ¥3800 for men (used to be ¥3500, way back when). You can shed ¥7000 there remarkably easily. The hours are counted as whole hours from the first minute.
In Conclusion
Expensive but fun if you can afford it. I need to go again really, when "in funds". Score may go up!
