I found this on Google Maps, but I haven't been there yet... except to take some snaps of the outside, during the day.
Getting There
Just south of Ishibashi Handai-Mae station on the Hankyu Takarazuka line.
Details
Either an "Endless" nomihodai which is ¥3000 for men and ¥2500 for women. If you spend 4 hours there and down 10 beers, the chance you'll actually be charged those prices is basically zero, it'll be over ¥10,000 gauranteed.
There's also a plan that's ¥500 charge and ¥500 per drink. Back in 2016, bars actually stuck to this... but today, if you have a quick visit and drink 2 beers, the chances you'll be charged ¥1500 are basically zero, they'll find some way to inflate it to ¥2700 or so.
