Goody gumdrops. If that's not worth a bet, I dunno what is...
Basically it's just awesome. I went during the week so I was the only one there, it's probably even better with a crowd in! Could be bumped to five stars in future.
Getting There
In the vicinity of Kitashinchi Station. Go to the west exit, then head down the Dojima Shopping Center to exit C92 (this is not an exit from the station itself, when you get off the train there will be no references to C92 anywhere). Go out of the stairs right in front of you, turn left, then left again between McDonalds and Family Mart. Basically just go straight until you find the Galina building, then go up to floor 4.

In Conclusion
Add in some classic cars and British comics and it's like they had a picture of me on the desk, and said "Let's make that bloke a bar!"
