General Info:

The eternal victim of bureauacracy, The Qeueing Woman always shows up whenever other characters are waiting in a line. She's generally Black, and has "springy", uncontrollable hair, which either symbolises her helplessness, or is just cute. In Classic Felney, the Qeueing Woman was later revealed to be called Amanda Millman, and was pregnant (with twin girls, obviously).

Of course, she shows up in several other stories, which may be set many years in the past or future, and/or in far-off places. So there's actually several of them!

Mini Timeline:

0: The Universe is created, after the Goddess, who is Black and has fluffy hair, has to qeue up for 4 eternities to get the paperwork signed off.

2014: Amanda Millman, who is in Wolverhampton for some reason, finally snaps when she is told she'll have to wear a burkha, to stop children being "prematurely sexualised". Her snapping starts a riot, which turns into a revolution, and brings down the EU.

Character Origin:

An ancestor (ancestress?) of The Qeueing Woman appeared in a porn comic I drew in the 90's, for "personal consumption". This one was very dark-skinned, and her hair wasn't super-springy. Also she was really thin and had huge tits.

Later, in Classic Felney (July 2001), the racist woman, Kate, was making various hypocritical statements during her daily life, including "Black people are lazy". A woman based on this porn comic character was standing in a qeue in front of her - and the qeueing woman was born! ...except, she didn't actually re-appear in Felney until over 200 strips later, qeueing at a hospital XD.

Little Known Fact:

Sometimes, she tries to do some administrative thing and it just gets done with no hassle.
