General Info:
The product of the other most infamous scandal in Cart Wars history. Caused by the same kid as the first one! Flame, having apparently killed / nearly killed a marshall with his rocket cart, went to prison. He got bail just before season 2 of Cart Wars started. The boss of Cart Wars (an apparently eternally-10 me) decided to advertise with a procession of carts, several old amateur carts had "CART WARS" painted on the side of them, to roll down a hill followed by a procession of the carts people actually raced. Flame offered to lead the procession, in a new cart with no rocket boosters.
Instead he decided to make a secret mechanism to make his rear wheels "accidentally" fall off and cause a huge crash, ruining the start of the new season. He duly does this, but flies through the air and gets impaled on a jagged piece of one of the old amateur carts.

I wanted to do a "more dramatic" story for Cart Wars (hell, a "story" at all!) before doing more of the silly races for series 2.
