The Capri might have been "Europe's Mustang" by manufacturer, but this was probably "Europe's Mustang" in spirit. Had it's own 3.0l engine not used in any other car, which had that legendary BL reliability, as well as poor spares availability. Many people swapped it for the bomb-proof and common-as-muck (to say nothing of cooler-sounding) 3.5l Buick-Rover V8 |
