This is a gun developed by Bryan West, AKA The Serpent, to knock out foes for later arrest. It uses a concoction of deadly snake venom, which functions as a muscle relaxant. The venom is solidified into needle-sharp pellets, which dissolve when shot into people. The venom is in a dilute form, and is mixed with a concoction of other venoms and antidotes. Almost everybody who is shot by it will experience a severe muscle-relaxing effect, which will make them unable to move. They may also pass out, but, aside from perhaps small people, children, or those with rare allergies, should not be killed or seriously affected by the venom.
