The main character turns up! Being an anarchist, he's the only person in the village who doesn't want to beat Aaron up. I once wrote a Felney "novel", which introduced Mike as some some of benevolent angel of pacifism and tolerance, who beamed with a radiant smile, at odds with his gloomy, grimy surroundings. Aaron also falls in love with him at first sight, as he is such a kind, gentle soul... christ, I was a twat back then. |
