Minamikata is one of the lesser-known "dense night spots" of Osaka (loads of narrow, tall buildings with bars on every floor), and also has one of the city's top five ramen resturants in it (good luck getting in!). It's also the home of Holy's Rock Shot, so if this bar turns out lame, at least there's something else to do up there.
