I found this on Google Maps, but literally all they said was that it was called "Anime Bar" and was located in "1-1", so presumably the ground floor, of this building.
The only thing on the ground floor of the building is a Chinese resturant, and that's been there since at least 2009, which is the oldest Streetview picture of it. I met one of the staff in the lift and he said (I think!) that there had never been an anime bar in that building, so who knows!
According to the Japanese Otaku-Ba website, there was another one in the vicinity called Anime Bar F (which closed down a few years ago). This could have been a misplaced marker for that.
Getting There
Dunno, it's definitely not where Google says it is! I checked every floor of that building.

In Conclusion
"There's a gay bar in the same building with some proper hotties on it's website. So, won't be a totally wasted trip, eh?" - Is what I said before I went and investigated. Except it appears that's closed down too.
