Note! This bar has closed down!
Despite no mention of it on their X or Insta, and the fact it's still listed as "open" on Google Maps, this bar no longer exists! The same unit is now occupied by some witch / halloween-themed bar.
Appears to be a Concafe / Maid Cafe. Though on their Insta, the girls are holding up manga they like. A start, I suppose...
Getting There
In the basement of the Mifune Building on Sakai-Suji (the one the brown line runs under). Next to Dormy Inn Annex.
Details
Either ¥1100 or ¥2200 for a nomihodai (too tired to work out the kanji now), PLUS a ¥660 charge.
