A "Pachislo" fan bar in Minami. I haven't been there yet. "Pachislo" uses the same balls as Pachinko, but you play it like a one-armed bandit. As it uses balls, it is absolutely not gambling. You can get certificates or crappy plastic trinkets if you win loads of balls, so it is absolutely not gambling. There may be a shop nearby where wealthy collectors will buy those certificates or trinkets off you for inflated sums, but that's just a transaction between private individuals, and is absolutely not gambling.
But this isn't a pachinko parlour, this is a place for fans of pachislo (which often have anime themes). I guess you can play really just for fun.
