Review
This is small and can get busy, but is always welcoming. The master speaks good English and seems to know a bit about all sorts of western and Japanese geek stuff, I first found it because he has both a Zeon flag and Captain America's shield hanging up! His main love is plastic models, the place regularly has competitions, and the winners are displayed inside the bar. There's also often some anime or movie playing on the TV with (Japanese!) subtitles and no sound. I discovered High Score Girl by coming here. Occasionally they'll actually watch something with the sound on. We watched A River Runs Through It here once.
The beer is just normal Japanese fare, probably Super Dry, on tap. He also has a ton of whisky for various prices. No Elijah Craig left through. Sorry about that.
Getting There
Located close to Animate, just off Otaroad in Den Den Town, which is Osaka's Akihabara. From Animate, go up the road until the kebab shop / garage (near Familymart), then turn right there.

In Conclusion
A good alternative to Caoff if you're hitting only one otaku bar in Osaka, can get busy and good fun on weekends. Also once when I came out at like 2 in the morning an impromptu classic car show had popped up round the corner. Some dude had a '59 Caddy... in Japan! Where does he even park it?
