WARNING!
This is in the vicinity of Lapis Lazuli and Claris, and reportedly has tout women outside making tempting offers, but when you go in they order themselves overpriced drinks on your bill, and complain if you don't "play". Numerous very negative Google Maps reviews (including the inevitable gaijin blaming waycism, even though they've obviously ripped off loads of Japanese people too) make this a place to avoid.

Allegedly All-you-can-drink for ¥2500 an hour. Expensive but not out of the question for such a place. There's also an ill-defined "service charge" of "25%". 25% of what?
Presumably there's a special (high!) price if you want to order the bar girls a drink, according to some of the negative reviews, they just order themselves drinks on your tab without asking.
In Conclusion
Don't go.
