Review
A bar kind of "out on it's own", near Fukaebashi subway station. It has nice seats, karaoke and loads of figures. I went on a Tuesday night, but there were still some regulars turning up, it was a pretty fun time overall. That said, the mama was pushing me to buy a drink for her, which left a bad taste in the mouth. She did look a bit like Chae Seung-Ha* from certain angles, though, so I obliged with the one.
Somebody else turned up with cucumbers and daikon, and made her own bar snacks right then and there, which were then sold to the cusomers for ¥300 each. Another regular did a ton of karaoke by himself. Oh, and there's also a slot machine! In Japan you can't put money directly in those, though. I don't know if they have "tokens", or if it's just for show - a lot of the ones in the not-casinos have anime themes.

Getting There
It's on floor 6 of the Galaxie building. Go to Fukaebashi Subway station, come out of exit 1 and just go straight. It's next to a pedestrian bridge just after some traffic lights. The space between the lift and the bars is just balconies with chest-high glass fronts. a-FUCK-ah. THAT-ah.
Details
¥2000 per hour nomihodai. Apparently they used to also have a ¥600 per drink "shot style", but when I went they only had the nomihodai.
In Conclusion
Might be worth going if you happen to be in a hotel (or living!) out that way, otherwise don't bother making the trek.
