Review
Bit of a shit 'un. They have a 2000/hr nomihodai system, which sounds alright, but beer and a bunch of other stuff is extra. I had malibu coke, because malibu was on the nomihodai system. The coke might have been a bit extra though. But also the two mamas asked me if I wanted to buy them staff drinks, and were pouring them before I'd even understood the question.
Once I'd had a few malibu cokes they started lining 'em up without even asking me, I had to chug the last one in order to get away for a train. Also before I'd even properly finished one the master said something and it vanished and was replaced with a full glass. All in all I was there less than an hour and got charged 3900, either the two staff drinks were 950 each or there was some other hidden cost. I also ended up drinking a lot more than planned.
It IS more of a proper anime bar than Bar Owl, so if you want to see anime figures and talk Naruto, it's got that going for it.
I went to Otaku-Ba!, to find thier page for Luminous, and they had a new listing for an Osaka bar! This opened in January 2025, and is actually an associate bar of Luminous!

In the "JJ Cale" building, in Fuse.

Nomihodai for ¥2000 per hour, which they mooostly stick to, though there's extra charges for several things, including beer.
In Conclusion
Only go if you're stuck in Fuse and want an anime bar.
