The self-appointed joint leader of Anti Bully, by virtue of it being his idea, Mark takes the whole thing way too seriously, to the point of calling other unaffiliated kids "civilians". Mark insists that Anti Bully is run on "professional" lines, that all agents constantly train for field work, and that detailed records of every "encounter" are kept. He and Robin Grimshaw, the other joint leader, are constantly trying to oust each other and claim sole leadership. As Mark insists that the agency is "professional", he can't conceive that the other agents could possibly ever lie about their own bully encounters, or information they picked up through spying. This gives Robin a good "in" to make Anti Bully seem way more exciting than it really is. |
