In 2003 I got nostalgic for my days of reading UK underground E-zines like SWAT and F4ITH (which I had been doing only 3-4 years earlier), so decdided to create my own one! SWAT and F4ITH (and UP, APT, AntiSocial, ANTI etc) were themselves inspired by even older text file E-zines like PHRACK and PHUK, which had been distributed on the proto-internet BBS systems. Having a "nice" web-host, I couldn't fill my own Felney Magazine (FM?) with instructions for hacking, phreaking and "anarchy" (making bombs), so it's mostly just any random thoughts I had at the time. I started to make another issue around November 2020, but never finished it. Perhaps I'll continue this one day.
