Virtually useless,the only bugs weak enough to warrant using it are too low to hit,and you'll end up running round looking at the ground-if youre reduced to using this-run away!

Thats more like it! Good for hacking away with if youre backed into a corner

This is an updated model of the old doom pistol, it shoots slightly faster than the old one and should be pretty useful as a bullet weapon until you can find a machine gun

Fires fast-moving, concentrated energy beams instead of bullets, its more powerful than the pistol and has a longer range,but shoots more slowly..still,a good weapon that should see a lot of use

Also shoots a bit faster than the old doom one-your character learned how to reload fast XD. Its good for hitting multiple targets and should kill most of the weaker bugs in one go

Causes a lot of damage when used at close range and spreads out a lot at a distance..it takes a long time to reload though,so make sure youre not surrounded

A more modern version of the old doom chaingun, it shoots a lot faster and is great for when theres a lot of ants surrounding you, it uses up ammo fast though..

Launches a powerful explosive rocket at high speed. This has been upgraded from the doom version and the missiles now home in on enemies,and leave smoke trails. Its great for fast moving and hard to hit enemies, they only need to be in the crosshair for a split second and the missile will chase them

Its the same as the doom one,it shoots glowing blue balls of energy that are fairly powerful, and is good for big swarms of weak enemies. Also in opengl mode it can be used to find your way in dark places :)

The plasma balls this gun fires are roughly 3 times more powerful than the standard ones,but only use up twice the energy. Its good for when an attacking swarm is really big and the normal plasma gun just wont do it...

Shoots the classic huge green plasma ball which explodes and does tons of damage,then the rays hit and hundreds of enemies perish...this WILL be in bughunt..somewhere :)

Perfect for the stealthy approach, though due to limitations of the doom engine you'll have to get pretty close to enemies to hit them. Anyway this is a powerful and silenced rifle that has its own ammo type, also when using this weapon you can use the zoom key to ensure you never miss...
