I found this on Otaku-Ba!, it's a "hidden anisong bar" in Kitashinchi (basically, "greater Umeda"). I planned to go to Space Monkey that night, but it was closed (see the video walk over there!). I came here instead. I actually met the master outside just as he was opening up! A few other people came later and it was interesting. The master did decide to "cater to the foreigner" by playing a bunch of hideously unfunny gaijin standup comedians going "OMG a fax machine!" etc. At least I found out where the "WHY JAPANESE PEOPLE?" meme my students loved quoting in 2018 came from.
He also likes the FF7 remake, If I wanted Zelda, I'd play fackin' Zelda.

Otaku-Ba's staff visited this place, but didn't think to mention, ya know, prices and opening times. Thanks, Otaku-ba. Thottakuba.
I also appear to have not taken a picture of the menu, and have now forgotten the charges and prices too. That was clever. It wasn't obscenely expensive (by otaku bar standards) or amazingly cheap, just normal.
They did mention it's been around since 2013!
