I saw a review or article about this years ago, which gave me a completely wrong impression that it was far out of central Osaka, and super-expensive. Neither is true! It's very central and only midly expensive. It's a "classy" bar, somewhat like a less-cramped C-Part, but with only a minimum of anime figures scattered about. There's a bunch of posters on the walls, though. Interestingly, they seem to have done collaborations with some anime series, and produced original merch!
When I went I met a fun Polish woman who had to get the last train, but was lost. We had to drunkenly discover her hotel, then I somehow managed to stagger home. Score may have been inflated because that was funny, but I'll certainly visit again!
Getting There
It's in central Osaka, quite close to The Hearth, not far from the (site of the former) Misono Building and the main part of Namba subway station (NOT JR Namba or Nankai-Namba).
Details
The charge is ¥330 and the drinks begin at ¥700. I lost track of how many I had (but it was a fair few) and paid about ¥5500.
In Conclusion
It was a nice night, I'll visit it again! It's also in a modern and comfortably-temperatured building. If you can climb lots of stairs to get up to it! There's an enclosed balcony / utility room thing at the back to smoke in.
