Right, this will be a wierd 'un. I have actually been inside this bar, and drank in it. But it was just a flying visit, I was surprised to find it open that early (it was still full daylight!), so I just made a quick one-and-done visit to get some photos. Only it was busy, so I couldn't take pictures inside, anyway.
Having only made a brief, flying visit, it will remain unscored for now. However the master did try talking to me in a completely normal voice, even with the way-too-big blasting karaoke system right next to us, so I couldn't hear a word.
Also, one of the other customers was a short cutie they moved next to me, because he "speaks English". He didn't.
Oh, and, purely as an aside - this bar is the replacement for Twinkle Star, some of the figures on the counter are even in exactly the same place!

Details
When I went that one time it was really cheap, but it seems like the prices have shot up massively now. Now it's ¥2500 for men per hour, plus ¥700 for each extra 30 minutes. For women it's ¥1800 per hour, with ¥400 per 30 minute extensions. I'm not sure I'll be back, in all honesty.
In Conclusion
I need to give it a proper visit, but it could (have) be(en) a four or five starrer! Shame it's far away from where I live.
