General Info:

Andy Fox was a banger racing driver, who races a car called Domino. Not always the same car, as it rarely lasts more than 3 races without getting trashed! In one race (in which Domino is a Ford Mondeo mk1) he is up against a Ford Granada mk1, by then a rare classic. He later does a bit of amateur detecting and discovers it's stolen. The culprit is arrested and what's left of the car is restored to the owner.

Andy is later invited to work for Perkins Performance, a company that services and modifies expensive, high-end cars. He jumps at the chance to work on Ferraris and Aston Martins, rather than farmer's clapped-out vans. He is later told by a fellow worker that the company appears to be involved in drug smuggling, he does a bit more amateur detecting, but discovers it was a plant - it's really the cover for a type of "mercenary spy" organisation, and he is their new driver!

Andy likes to work out and keep fit, plus tinker with cars - not really old classics, just ones he can buy cheaply and experiment on. He's well up on modern ECU and computer controlled stuff too, though. He also has a hot temper and is liable to lash out, but his secret agent training teaches him to rein this in. He's also a competent boxer.

Character Origin:

I wanted a generic cool looking guy for a modern day spy story. He is based very vaguely on the old singer of Saint Zoe, a Cambridgeshire pub band. Only that guy was thin and Irish. Andy has vaguely "emo" hair, trying to keep his earlier twenties alive. At least, he says so, actually he just can't be bothered to get it cut very often.
